Dreams
do come true! In 2005, I made the commitment to work with
Michelle as my Life Coach. We worked together that year
on realizing my dreams; discussing and visualizing the
details of what I wanted in my life.
The biggest question for myself that year was how to focus
my career and where to locate
my business. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and out-of-control
not knowing where I was going. I
had been running a successful Interior Design business
out of my home for 13 years, and I
had recently become a certified Feng Shui consultant and
started teaching classes, as well
as designing, making, and selling jewelry. Imagine trying
to do all this with four kids, three
cats and a nanny in the house!

Even
though I had a designated office space, it wasn't easy,
and I was relieved knowing that I had scheduled coaching
appointments with Michelle to discuss my issues and
take the time to think about what was most important. Michelle
would listen to me express my frustrations. She had a special
way of calming me down and encouraging
me to focus on what the next steps were that I needed to
take to reach my goals. Sometimes it was matter of getting
clear about what I wanted. She helped me to realize that
I did not have to do everything all at once. Michelle always
had great insights and ideas as well. |

Together,
we listed out next steps and then prioritized them. Each
session, my goal was to identify top priorities and accomplish
them by our next phone call. As I look back, I realize
Michelle helped me to take baby steps toward my goal and
get in touch with my true needs and purpose.
In 2006, everything came together! I opened my Interior
Design/Feng Shui Studio across from Loring Park in a little
Victorian home (see the photo on the right) just as I
had envisioned, but not until after the work I accomplished
with Michelle. I still use the approach she taught me
to furthering my business and reaching my goals.
Working with Michelle was a powerful process and a gift
to myself!
