assess your aptitude in life balance and time management skills, and
identify your top priorities and personal/professional goals. Ultimately,
you choose the focus of our work together.

TWO: Set Goals and Succeed.
Through
weekly sessions, we look objectively at whats working in your
life and whats not. Learn to stay focused, on track, and accountable
as you create the positive change in your life that leads to healthy
balance, one step at a time. Along the way, specific growth is
measured and individual progress charted. Together, well decide
on the best package to provide you with the tools, structure, and
support to help you succeed!
